What makes Wunderhome unique is the possibility to legally live in it all year long. The EnEv-certificate for our product makes it possible. We are one of the few tiny-houses in Europe which provides an EnEV proof.

EnEV?
Since the 01.05.2014 all German residences must have a EnEV certificate, that is part of German administrative law. The purpose behind EnEV is the energy saving for all buildings, to support the political energy-saving aims. One way to reach that goal is to build modern, more climate neutral buildings. The EnEv energy standard was tighted in 2016.
